MyMathEducation.com is designed for those:

• needing a refresher on a particular math or Algebra topic
• learning topics for the first time
• needing help to complete an assignment
• looking to learn to use Algebra to solve problems

The original site was created over a weekend as a way to organize videos created to help the author’s math students with assignments they missed or with which they needed additional help. But, after the videos began to receive numerous views worldwide, the site was re-designed and linked to social media to make both new and old videos available to anyone who needs them. With new videos added regularly, the goal is to cover as many Algebra and other math topics as possible and organize them by topics to make them easily accessible to anyone.

The author of the videos, Terry Hale, has taught math and computer science for 30+ years and originally developed the first videos on this site to help students in his Algebra 2 class. Terry has an extensive background in math and computer science. After starting and running his own computer business, he taught computer science at the college level before switching to high school as a computer instructor and ultimately, high school math instructor. Since the videos have proven to be an effective tutorial method for both his and other students, Terry continues to teach, as he creates new videos on new topics with the goal of creating tutorials on as many Algebra and other math topics as possible.
